I had placed an order with you guys on January 16th. I did receive an email on the 17th that the item is being packaged. I now see it says.my order has been cancelled. Order number is #10839. Any assistance on this would be great. I see now that on my phone the order says its cancelled, but on my PC it says it has been shipped.
