Ohm Reader Issue

I just purchase the DIY kit V2 and after putting some AA batteries in the Ohm reader. it doesn't work. I does't turn on and I just used fresh batteries, it doesn't read the ohms. Everything else, I'm extremely happy with. This is just the only problem I have.

    I just have the same problem and nobody have answer me for it it's a great kit I hope they help us out
