I placed the order on the 8th. It was processed and shipped out on the 9th. From the 9th to the 15th and stay in the same place. Over 20 days later and it's still in the same place. Will I ever get my order? What should I do?

This is coming from China. You could be looking at up to 6 weeks or more in shipping time. They do not advertise this when you purchase, but your item should eventually arrive. Been waiting since the 13th.
Kohler- did you ever get your package? Mine finally registered in New York this week and has been moving daily since. 13th of October to the 9th of November it was coming up as in China.
